As a Futsal apprentice with one of our professional club partners, your academic progression is taken as seriously as your sporting development. Futsal Apprentices should expect to study a Level 2 NVQ as well as Functional Skills level 1.
Level 2 Access to Apprenticeship
Entry requirements: None required
Length of course: 24 weeks
Minimum age: 16 years
Exit routes: Further study at Level 2 – alternative apprenticeships, employment in the sports and active leisure sector with professional partners such as league football clubs, local community club partners and sports and leisure centres.

Level 2 Increasing Participation in Sport and Active Leisure in Community Settings
Consisting of four units including sports development, health, safety and welfare
in sport.
Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Activity Leadership
Consisting of eight units including preparing, leading and concluding sessions. The management of sessions and promoting health and safety.
